I spend my whole day on campus, what is the easiest packaged and healthiest food to pack and best lunch bags? - campus food keycodes 2010

This is my dillemma ... I stand by 7 clock and spend my days on campus until 8pm. I had lunch at home, but need to pack lunch and dinner. I'm eating, because their campus health devastation as too expensive and cause illness. Another problem in your area is not a microwave in sight even more difficult for the food it needs to be heated. What is the healthiest food and easier to carry and how best to seize it. I like wearing paper bags and Tupper ware is a drawback if you have a backpack full of books, etc.

The sushi is the best because not only very healthy, low GI, but you can buy very cheaply or even for convienence ;-) I hope this helps packed out x
